Our journey began years ago in Puerto Rico, where we started preparing fresh, homemade meals for families and busy professionals who wanted to enjoy nutritious food without the stress of daily cooking. What began as a small project quickly grew into a thriving meal prep service built on trust, consistency, and a love for real, wholesome food.
After moving to Georgia, we knew we wanted to continue this mission and bring a taste of home to our new community. Today, Tropical Prep offers flavorful, nourishing meals inspired by Puerto Rican traditions and prepared with fresh, seasonal, and wholesome ingredients—always made with care and dedication.
