At Tropical Prep, we’re a husband-and-wife team passionate about making healthy eating simple, delicious, and accessible.

Our journey began years ago in Puerto Rico, where we started preparing fresh, homemade meals for families and busy professionals who wanted to enjoy nutritious food without the stress of daily cooking. What began as a small project quickly grew into a thriving meal prep service built on trust, consistency, and a love for real, wholesome food.
